Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Ohio's thriving tech hubs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for specialized IT positions
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with IT/tech focus
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and passive candidate engagement
- Familiarity with technical assessments and interview methodologies
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong understanding of Ohio's tech landscape and talent market
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CIPD certification a plus
