Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and competency assessments
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Leverage market intelligence to advise clients on compensation trends
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Collaborate with team to achieve quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech roles
- Expert knowledge of Memphis tech ecosystem including startups and corporate tech hubs
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing difficult placements
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions
- Professional certifications (CPC, CSP, or CTS) highly valued
