As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll leverage cutting-edge sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates, conduct in-depth technical assessments, and manage the entire hiring lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical evaluations using modern assessment tools
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine candidate selection criteria
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve time-to-fill rates
- Represent our agency at tech meetups and industry conferences to build employer brand presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in IT/staffing environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean search and social recruiting
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering candidates across multiple tech stacks
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Results-oriented mindset with track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- ATS certification (CPC or CTS) strongly preferred
