Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with hiring managers and external clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Post job descriptions on multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with prospective candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content and employer branding materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
