Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent in the Columbus market.
- Manage relationships with local business clients to understand their specific hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate quality.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and status updates.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment KPIs to drive agency growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a high-energy environment.
