Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and next-gen Cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term strategic initiatives and investment priorities.
- Oversee the innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for future products.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of high-impact technical projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cutting-edge technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, engineering management, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technical visions.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and 6G telecommunications is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive results in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
