- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and potential risks
- Produce scenario-planning models and horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiatives' progress toward 2026 targets
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
