- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-viability of experimental concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of delivering future-focused roadmaps that materialized
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks affecting emerging tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network with academic, corporate, and government futurist communities
