- Build and manage a global network of futurist advisors and industry thought leaders
- Architect the company's 10-year innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal impact modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field required
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
