Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-5 year future-state planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable strategies
- Produce executive-level trend reports with quantitative and qualitative future projections
- Design innovation pipelines aligned with predicted market evolutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adoption rates
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward initiatives in Fortune 500 settings
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
