Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology implications
- Design and maintain proprietary forecasting models for industry disruption vectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with think tanks, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Present future-state narratives to investors, boards, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Strong quantitative modeling and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight or scenario planning (preferred)
