Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend analysis using predictive modeling
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce actionable foresight reports with ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to commercialize futuristic innovations
- Monitor global disruptors and geopolitical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future trends (preferred)
