Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead foresight workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to align leadership vision
- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in foresight, strategic consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact future-focused projects
