Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
- Experience publishing thought leadership on future trends
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategy implementation from foresight work
