Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap through quantitative analysis and qualitative market research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop next-gen products/services targeting 2026 market needs
- Establish KPI frameworks to track strategic initiatives and ROI of future-facing investments
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-backed projections and scenario modeling
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through agile development cycles
- Monitor emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess competitive disruption risks
- Develop talent pipeline strategies to build specialized future-focused capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or executive leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA or PhD preferred)
