Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various technical and administrative roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive weekly recruitment goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
