Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for staffing placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and company culture.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pipelines and industry trends in the Baltimore region.
- Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
- Onboard new temporary and contract employees, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor market trends in Maryland.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
