Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by utilizing various sourcing channels and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure skills, experience, and cultural fit align with client needs.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring goals and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, update documentation, and manage reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive advantages for our staffing services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective recruitment strategies and meet monthly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume sales is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries, including administrative, technical, and sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
