Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to placement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for new hires.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of temporary staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
