Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various industries using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on hiring progress to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for every placement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
