Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Manage the placement process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and orientation support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
