Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews to identify top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews and orientation sessions.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
