Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple job orders across various industries.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and manage scheduling logistics.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred for field work).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Experience in the Albuquerque, NM market is a plus.
