Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through digital platforms and networking events
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios in healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate databases using ATS systems
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly and monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Florida market
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement goals
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
