Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience in Omaha market
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
