Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using innovative recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both job seekers and client companies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including onboarding and documentation
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract top talent
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Represent the agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Wichita market knowledge preferred
