Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening of applicants via phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into their roles.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize social media and job boards to source passive candidates and fill open positions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients (employers) and job seekers throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional on-site client meetings.
