Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage candidate pipeline through applicant tracking systems and proactive outreach strategies
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal opportunities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly placement targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients alike
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales or placement targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Memphis job market and local industries is a plus
