Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of temporary and permanent placements, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
