- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify passive candidates for urgent client requisitions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit against specific job criteria.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights.
- Placement Coordination: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including negotiating offers and onboarding support.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure immediate availability for clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and labor market conditions in the Colorado Springs area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (urgent hiring experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Dedication: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting placement quotas.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
