Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct client consultations to refine job requirements and optimize placement strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to maintain competitive positioning
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track KPIs and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in filling urgent roles within 14-30 day timeframes
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong client relationship management with B2B experience
- Professional certification (CPSR, CSP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
