Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their specific staffing needs and build long-term relationships.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to match them with open positions.
- Recruitment Marketing: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to attract passive job seekers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and placements within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
