Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean search and social recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with Omaha-based hiring managers and HR departments
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Nebraska
- Present compelling candidate profiles that highlight cultural fit and technical expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn)
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs in time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Deep knowledge of Omaha's local talent market and employment landscape
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
