Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, networking) to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interviewing: Conduct professional phone and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of talent and ensure candidate data is accurately entered into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Relations: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide market insights.
- Placement: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficient in using MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
