Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of industries (Healthcare, Finance, IT, Logistics).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing strategies, and candidate follow-up.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of passive candidates through networking and social media.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical and cultural requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages in the Baltimore market.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and coordinate background checks.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences to ensure high placement rates.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred for client visits).
