Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Administrative roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive in the local job market.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
