As a Staffing Specialist, you will be the face of our agency, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for top-tier clients. Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels (job boards, networking, social media) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post and optimize job listings on internal platforms and external job boards to maximize visibility.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidate data, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets and close placements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
