We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of the staffing process for our local clients.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent in the Detroit area.
- Conduct background checks, drug screens, and reference verification.
- Match candidate skills and experience with client job requirements.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for temporary and permanent placements.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet client staffing goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
