Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high-potential candidates and industry trends.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and manage pipelines.
- Perform salary benchmarking and create competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven success in placing full-time candidates in technical and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
