Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Tucson's healthcare, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement coordination for weekend shift roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful staffing outcomes
- Utilize our ATS and CRM systems to track applicants, manage pipelines, and generate weekly reports
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours to accommodate candidate availability
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven success in placing candidates in weekend, temporary, or part-time roles
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's job market and staffing regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
