Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and contract positions across SF Bay Area
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Build relationships with hiring managers at leading SF tech and healthcare firms
- Coordinate weekend onboarding for new placements and ensure seamless transitions
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize weekend sourcing strategies
- Represent our agency at weekend job fairs and virtual recruitment events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for tech or healthcare roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Proficiency in video interviewing platforms (Zoom, Teams)
