As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment lifecycle, managing client relationships and sourcing top-tier talent for our diverse portfolio of industries.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate outreach, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to new and existing clients to secure job orders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
