Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and talent pipelines
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate progress and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate-client matching
- Present innovative staffing solutions to drive client retention and business growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing, recruitment, or agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Tennessee labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
