Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to identify and engage top-tier talent for open requisitions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and pain points.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.
- Placement Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
