Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline for diverse industries.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placement and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
