Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top-tier candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing timely feedback.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidate progress and pipeline health.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market salary data to ensure competitive candidate placement.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
