Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for permanent and temporary positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards) to build robust talent pipelines.
- Manage the interview process efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Atlanta businesses to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure timely onboarding and placement of candidates.
- Track candidate data and pipeline metrics using our CRM tools to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with high motivation considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS/CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
