Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary and direct-hire roles.
- Sourcing & Networking: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn), Boolean search techniques, and professional networks to identify passive talent in the DC area.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Washington, DC job market and government contracting sector is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
