Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Milwaukee metro
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to optimize staffing solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate candidate database and ATS metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in candidate placement
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Milwaukee's labor market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
