Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions across multiple industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred for this Tucson location.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
